First Posting

In the interest of test driving this blog, I have uploaded a photo of Sylvia and I at Berg Lake in July of 06. This photo is at the precise midpoint of the hike - we have made the 23km traverse in, with associated elevation gain, and now face the same hike back, but the tougher, downhill version.
We made it - about 12 hours roundtrip. Good thing we did it then, sure couldn't now.
